Hydronephrotic poor functioning left kidney
 

My baby is only two months old. Hydronephrotic poor functioning left kidney seen in DTPA Renal Scan. And right kidney is normal in functioning please suggest me what is the treatment and also tell me what is the effects on my baby life in future.
