Red face symptoms of prostatitis/BPH/prostate cancer

Hi,
I am 20 years old. I have many symptoms of prostatitis/BPH/prostate cancer from past few days. Like,
1. lower abdominal pain and pain in pelvic area,
2. very frequent urge to urinate,
3. mild fever (not very high) persisting for a long time,
4. pain in upper thigh and lower back.
I have done Ultrasound test of pelvic region as prescribed by doctor. The test says everything normal except significant residual urine in the bladder (about 60 cc). It also says that my prostate is not enlarged having normal size and mass.
Though the stream of urine is strong or normal and I have no pain or blood with urination or ejaculation.
Please discuss the disease I may have.

Being only 20 years old, I would say it's almost certainly prostatitis. BPH or prostate cancer at your age would be extremely unlikely.
