Unhappy Surgery ? Urethral Diverticulum - Feel lost
I was diagnosed with Urethral Diverticulum because I have a small mass and I want it to be taken out. I am growing very afraid after reading all of the surgery complications. My primary care physician sent me to a Urologist...should I see a Urogynocologist instead? I am very scared and dont know what to do.

You should be okay with a Urologist. This would not have anything to do with your reproductive organs. I am not sure what "urethral diverticulum" is or any alternative treatments available. Your urologist will be able to explain everything to you. Maybe someone else with experience will help out.

Go see a urologist..after many many drs i finally went to see a urologist and he finally found out what my problem was and thats a urethral diverticulum my surgery is set of June 11th im nervous as well. My urologist has gone over everything with me..if you want to message me for more info please do im sure maybe the both of us could help eachother out..its been so hard trying to talk about this with anyone!
