Question Ureter Tubes Enlarged S/P C-Section

CT scan with contrast showed both ureter tubes were enlarged but no stones seen. What does this mean? I have no history of kidney stones or UTI's. I had emergency c-section 6 weeks ago with urinary catheter taken out after 2-3 days. When cath removed, I had some pain when urinating but was told it would go away and it did after a week. Currently, I am seeing a GI doc who is trying to find out why I am having recurrent diarrhea since blood transfusion after c-section caused a lot of blood loss. My most recent Hemoglobin is normal. I have upper back/shoulder & neck tightness & tingling (uncomfortable), sometimes lower back pain too. I had epidural right before taken to OR for c-section which only numbed my legs at the time. Help! Has anyone ever heard of such issues after a c-section! I never had any problems before. The entire pregnancy was normal and had no complications until I went in labor. Any ideas are appreciated.
