Hi. Im 46 and i have hypospadias. You never mentioned to severity of your sons hypo. Im guessing its subcoronal, like mine. Get it done. Im getting mine taken care of this year as soon as i can afford the time from work. Ive been miserable from it. My pediatric urologist told me that back in the day the surgical techniques were not good for my type of repair. Things have since changed.
Do it now, before his first experience in the school locker room, etc. Not to mention all the urinary infections( dont care what they say i know my body)
