Hi. I'm uncut and 21, and one problem I've noticed recently is the vein that seems to circle just under the tip of my foreskin. There's a pretty big vein that goes from the base of my penis, right up to the foreskin tip and right around the edge in a complete circle, something like a lasso. It doesn't hurt, but I'm pretty sure it's what's stopping me from easily pulling my foreskin back easily. I can pull it back it's just not as easy.
The problem is that whenever I pull it behind the head, it seems to strangle it somewhat, and ejaculation always seems more strained and weaker afterwards. I'm thinking it's the vein that's causing it, and I'm very worried about sex because of it. Is there any way I could stretch the vein so that it's not that tight? In January I tried stretching the foreskin using vitamin cream which seemed to work, but as for the vin, I'm very worried I'll stretch and hurt it, but equally worried I won't fix it and it'll be a problem.
