| Siemen in my urine
So I'm on this thing call no fap for 90 days. What it is is basically no masterbation/porno/ejaculation for 90 days.
I'm 23 days in now and at about 12 days in, I started getting this feeling of ejaculating every time I finish urinating.
After about 20 days, sexual fantasies are getting intense and my erection is getting very very hard.
So today, after taking a **** and found these little mucous-like thing in my urine, about 5mm in diameter. I picked it up with a chopstick and determine that it's urine. Exactly in the form when urine gets in contact with water and becomes chunky. Although it's not proven by my doctor that it's siemen, I am going to assume so.
Is this normal? Is this a sign that's telling me that I should masterbating to release some tension on my prostate?
