Burning sensation in Penis, Testicle Pain, Urethral Burning

Hey guys Ive been facing this problem for a few months now. To make a long story short, I had PROTECTED sex with a girl but the condom broke. Once I realized this I stopped. About a week later I started getting this burning sensation in my penis head, and when I opened up my urethra, it looked really irritated and inflamed. I thought maybe it was gonorrhea or chlamydia , and I had antibiotics at home (Zithromax) so I popped those like skittles. After a week or 2 i felt the same so I went to a doctor and had a urine sample taken. They found nothing. He put me on Cipro and even gave me some antibiotic shot that hurt like hell! Anyway it didn't help. Then I went to a urologist about 2 weeks later. He said it was all in my head and I just needed to change my diet. I then started getting testicular pain, and when I looked in my urethra I could see what looked like thrush in certain light...After a few weeks I went to a clinic and they gave me a huge pill for Trich, and doxycylcine. by this point I had taken Cipro, a Z Pack, erythromycin and doxycyclin. (over about a 2 month period). I tried drinking apple cider vinegar, and even splashing some in my urethra. Nothing work. I also noticed burning sensations in my nose and on my lips, as well as the fact that I my genitals felt worse after drinking cranberry juice, which is supposed to help clean out your system, or any other type of drink with lots of sugar. At one point, I was even buying radishes and juicing them, as it is very good for you. A lot of the stuff I was doing was because I had a feeling that I had a yeast infection, which is less likely to occur in men than women. Anyway, yesterday I decided to try hydrogen peroxide, which from my understanding our bodies create naturally to balance ph levels. This is going to sound crazy but I had to get it inside my urethra, which as a male you know, is difficult. What I did was I bought a syringe / dropper from the pharmacy from the children section, filled it with peroxide, and opened up my penis tip to get it in there. Dont actually try to put the nozzle / tip of the dropper in your penis, just leave it about half an inch to an inch away. The trick is you cant just squirt it all at once because it def wont get in. You have to do it with a few, short thrusts, so that the peroxide can get in that tight space.

It will burn a good amount, but the pain is nothing if it actually works for you. I started yesterday and I try to do it twice a day. Today I noticed some yellowish type stuff when I opened up the tip, but it wasnt a thin discharge, it was actually kind of thick. Anyway I feel better already, and my urethra, which was red / purple is now looking pinkish. I felt the need to share all of this because I was going crazy at one point too, and I would see a lot of people begging for help or hoping to get new responses from people who posted about similar problems or possible solutions they MIGHT have had. Even if you don't think you have a yeast infection, and you think mayb it might be NGU, it's still worth a shot! Good luck to everyone that reads this, and if it happens to work for you, reply on here so that others can have some faith in it too!

It could be just Reiter's Syndrome, especially if it is accompanied by sore eyes and joint pain.
