Please help-- testicle problem, urination

i have eppididimytis in my left testicle, non bacterial based on urine sample.
i also have fluid build up/ hydroceile.
this has been going on 5 months and it has not resolved itself even with antibiotics. the pain is very mild but it bothers me because its in a very sensitive area. what really bothers me is the FREQUENT URINATION. i have to go almost every hour. this all started with the eppididimytis. one doctor said the fluid/ hydrodeile combined with a slight pain in teste could be triggering a sensation to urinate. is this possible? i am 47 and my prostate is not enlarged although one guy said it was at the " very start of its next growth phase". my PSA is 0.6 .
i do have a very slight soreness in my crotch area and a slight soreness in urethra.. perhaps from urinating so much or maybe the hydrocele / fluid causing it?
i keep hearing about getting a swab in urethra?
