I had a bladder sling about 10 years ago and it is becoming so tight that it is very difficult to urinate. I retain large amounts of urine. I was diagnosed by a urologist last year and he said he could just snip some of the supporting tissue and I agreed, but then I got to thinking that if he did this, would I then become incontinent, so I didn't do it.

Would it be possible to have this one removed and a new one put in??
