| Question about double dose of HPV vaccine?
I son, 13, to the doctor for school shots. I didn't think anything of it. Well I got a call from his school saying he didn't get the required shots. I told the nurse he did and turned in the paperwork. The nurse confirmed she got the papers but the correct shots weren't given. I called the doctors office and they told her they can't find his records. They called me back an hour later and told her they gave him two shots of the HPV vaccine but don't know what else he was given. I've called them 8 times and "someone will get back to me" (which most likely won't happen or be of any help) about the two doses at once. I know they're supposed to be given at intervals of 3 months and 3 shots. They asked me about giving it to him and I specifically said not this tim because he was already getting shots and I didn't want him to have to get a whole lot of shots at once.
My question is will the two doses at once hurt him or anything I should do or look out for? I've looked all over and can't seem to find any information on it nor an answer from the doctors office. Please and thank you.
