Re: Flu shot or not?

I got mine a month ago and was told this years shot was inactive. The injection site was a little painful for a day, but no negative reaction.

Get the flu shot. You are hearing scare stories from people who dont know.
If you dont care if you get the flu- then skip it, but if you want to protect yourself and others around you, youll get it.
I got mine ten days ago, didnt even have a red spot! No side effects. I was fine.

Re: Flu shot or not?

Hi and thanks for your question! I starting getting it last year. I got mine about two-three weeks ago. There will always be positive / negative aspects. If you are worried about getting the flu I would highly recommend getting it. The only thing with me is it makes my arm pretty sore for about three to four days. I think it's worth it to prevent the flu or if you do get it you'll have more mild symptoms

Re: Flu shot or not?

Definently get the shot, it is very rare for you to get sick from a shot so dont get worried, if you have anxiety try not to read things like that, i have bad GAD and panic disorder so i try not to read those things and make myself paranoid. The flu itself will cause more harm than the shot could, not only could it harm you but harm the people around you, it is very infectious and very virulent so you also put the people around you at risk. i say vaccinate against anything as soon as soon as you get the chance, its better than getting the disease itself.
