Flu shot isnt a live virus, so you won't get the flu.
What exactly do you mean by flu-like symptoms.
On the other hand.....there are many viruses going around, and if your resistance is low, you could have picked up something. If you have issues with pain in general, it could be exasperated by a reved up immune system from the flu shot.
