If you're referring to single vaccinations for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (German Measles) instead of the combination MMR vaccine, the manufacturer has stopped manufacturing the single vaccines as of about a year ago.
Call your local public health clinic or your doctors office to see if you can get the vaccine. Apparently it is in limited supply but maybe one of those have it in stock.
