No more risk than your initial vaccination, assuming there are no changes in your medical situation that may affect that (e.g. if you somehow developed an allergy to yeast or some other vaccine component between then and now).

No. It is made from yeast genetically modified to produce a portion of the virus (the surface antigen) to stimulate the immune system to recognize it, not a complete virus.
