i'm seeking others opinions on how they feel about the herbal sedative kava kava.

i found it to be a euphoric and
tiring effect.

i would only take it now b4 bed

Kava Kava is the root that is used in making the medicine Xanax. Which is an anxiety medicine. The root formula (Kava Kava) is much weaker but has generally the same effects.

oh????????i have taken xanax and it seems less potent.
kava kava is very sedating i think.
i have taken a very small amount and coud have fallen asleep.
