Yeah, you will find a WIDE range of opinions on vitamin dosages. I also take about 1,000-1,500 m.g. a day; and kick it up by about 500-1,000 m.g. a day when I am starting not to fell well or am stressed out.
Most people have to consume even more than this before it becomes TOO much, because excess vitamin C gets thrown off by the body pretty well. |
