It is very, very, hard to gain a lot of mass at the same time that you are trying to cut fat. A gain of muscle mass needs an excess of calories, and losing means a deficit. They fight each other...
but as to your original question, it is perfectly safe to take creatine at the same time as you take an ECA stack. I do it. The creatine allows you to lift heavier weights, and it helps you maintain those hard earned muscles. Also, it is very cheap. Just make sure you dont fall for marketing claims....just buy straight creatine, not that infused with fructose. You can get similar results taking it with grape juice, or buying a tub of straight fructose from the net/or a local source.
