Hey all!
I just got some B5 yesterday, Took some at supper and then took some before bed. **Ack**.. Stimulant is right, did not fall asleep until probably 2 AM. (wish I would have paid attention to Mareziedotes comment)
Ahh well lesson learned. I am also going to take a B multi complex starting today along with it. I have it in 500mg dosages. So I will start at 1000mg this week and work up to 2000mg in a few here. I have known abou the benifits of the B's for awhile now, but I like so many others, start stuff and then quit. NOT this time! Will let you know how I do. I am also going to see if someone on the knows of a NON-caffine product I could take for weight.
