ive heard once before it doesnt because its not a supplement that deals with your hormones and stuff, but i just wanted a couple of more experienced answers to that question... and #2 question is that i soemtimes will be mixing my creatine drink before i go to work. now thats about 6 hours before i work out. my question is...if i mix it before hand, does it have the same impact as if i mixed it and took it right way? or is the creatine lost in the drink? thanks in advance for your replies(if there is any)
