A couple of suggestions:

Rutin [a bioflavonoid] - in a supplement combined with quercetin and hesperidin.

H2O2 - topically applied hydrogen peroxide to stimulate/increase oxygen flow to damaged capillaries.

Healing of bruises depends on how healthy your peripheral blood circulation and lymphatic systems are. For the blood circulation system - try increasing your cardio-fitness along with light massage to the affected area. For the lympahtic system - drink plenty of water and massage from the most distant point of your body toward the major lymph nodes.

Wink

Take Vitamins C (500 mg.) and Zinc (50 mg.) to help heal bruises. To prevent bruises, avoid taking vitamin E and aspirin, as they thin your blood and may cause bruises. If bruises continue, see a doctor.

Arnica tablets are highly recommeded for bruising. It is what all the plastic surgeons recommend for rhinoplasty patients (prone to under-eye bruising)
