Hydroxycut and Metabolift multivitamins???? - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

Hey Everyone,
I just started taking hydroxycut, im following the recommended does of 1 2x a day, I was just wondering if it was safe to take metabolift multivitamins at the same time, I want to take the vitamins because I read while taking a thermogenic you should also take vitamins. The vitamins are recommended for high protein diets, which I am also on.

You should be OK since the metabolift vits are ephedra-free. Is your high protein diet low in complex carbs? Then you definitely should take the vitamins.

Thanks for your response, and yes I am on a low complex carb and sugar diet. I eat a lot of protein and fiber as in fiber and things of that sort.
