fish oils and omega 3-6
I've been told by a pharmacist that if you eat proper proportions of fish twice a week, you really don't need supplements of fish oil to get the omega 3-6 oils.
In fact, I was told that these oils were non-soluble and tend to collect in the body if an excess amount is taken in, unlike Vitamin C, which we can pee out. Excess amounts of fish oils is not necessarily a good thing for the body and the pharmacist *almost* said it was a bad thing.
Can anyone comment on this?
