Are you noticing any change in your shape? You know muscle is heavier than fat, so if you're gaining muscle and losing fat, you may not lose weight, but will improve your shape. An extreme example, boxer Mike Tyson is 5'11" and weighs 230lbs, yet he is in terrific shape. just very muscular.
I'm not a big advocate of using drugs and supplements to lose weight unless it is an extreme case of obesity. That is clearly not the case with you. If you're eating a healthy balanced diet and exercising 4 days a week, that is terrific. My advise is to keep doing what you're doing. For some people losing those final 10 lbs or so is nearly impossible, its just the way God made them. If there are specific areas you want to target, talk to the gym instructor on how to best target those areas, assuming you are working out at a gym. If you have access to a pool, swimming is a great excercise for burning fat and toning muscles. good luck!
