i want to know a bit about glucosmine what it helps etc

Glucosamine Sulfate helps any joint. I use it for tennis elbow and shoulder problems. Yes it can take a while to feel the bennifits. I also recomend a B complex for your joints. the B6 helps your body produce the luberecants for your joints, I take both.
