I've heard some people say that Vitamin E can make things worse. Try Mederma... For the B-5 (Panthothenic Acid) you need to take 5-10g a day which is a VERY high dosage. It metabolizes fat and carbs into energy, so taking high doses will turn the oil made by your glands into energy, instead of it being released through your pores... If you are overweight, it can help since it basically boosts your metabolism.... Also, you cant just quit taking B5 once your skin is clear, you need to gradually lower youself to about 1g a day...
