I recently put myself on flaxseed oil a few days ago(1000mg)(2 capsules twice daily) I am experienceing headaches and nausea and wondered if this was a side effect?? or am I sensitive to this. Im am not normally a headache sufferer.
I take co-enzyme, evening primrose, fefol, and a multivitiam as well.

If flax oil gets rancid or damaged from heat or light, it becomes toxic to the human body. Your symptoms are an indicator that your product is bad. Check the expiration date and try to get a refund for a different or newer product. I take vit E w/ my flax softgels to insure its stability and integrity. Keep your flax supplement in refrigerator to help prevent rancidity.
