Anybody ever use Trim Spa? - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

I want to lose about 10LB by the end of May and was wondering if Trim Spa will help. If anybody has any experience using it no matter what the circumstances, let me know. Also, does this product contain Ephedra since that is getting a lot of attention nowadays.

Hi. I would also be VERY interested in learning more about Trim Spa. I recently purchased a bottle but all it basically says is to take 1 pill when you wake up, one pill mid-morning and one pill mid-afternoon w/8 oz. of water w/each pill. I have been trying to find information on this product since I have so many questions about it but am having a very hard time finding any info. But to answer your question chezz, it does have ephedra in it, at least the bottle I bought, but I do know they make an ephedra free Trim Spa as well. I have only taken it for 3 days now, but one thing I can say about it is that it definately decreases your appetite! A little bit too much if you ask me ... I haven't even wanted to eat a single meal. I even thought about my favorite foods and still couldn't get hungry, lol. I really hope it works though. I had a baby last year and need to get rid of the extra lbs. Anybody else who has tried this ... please post your experiences.

I went to a GNC store last night and inquired about it. The bottle was $49.99 and probably lasts for about a month. The guy said you probably shouldn't take it if you have high blood pressure or problems with your heart, which I don't. They sold it both with and without Ephedra. He also said you need to follow the instructions exactly as prescribed and don't take more than you should. Some people have abused products with Ephedra thinking if some is good, then more is better. Since I only want to drop 10LB, I will probably take it for a month and see what happens.
