hi everyone...

i am looking for more info on the this product. here is the ingredients according to a web site. is there something i should be concerned with. thanks in advance for your feedback.

according to another website there is yerba mate in this product, which is "a gentle form of caffeine." ???? is yerba mate bad????

I just started using Xenadrine EFX yesterday. I am below 150 lbs so I am just taking 2 capsules. So far, it, I don't have major side effects yet. I feel hyper and full of energy. I made a mistake of taking ny second capsule at 5pm so I wasn't able to sleep last night. I noticed also that I urinate more often. It suppresses my appetite yet I get hungry after an hour or so.

My cousins have been using this product. According to them, it works miracles. I still have to find out though. I plan to use Xenadrine for only a week. I haven't weighed yet so I wouldn't know if I lost weight already.

It has the same effect though as coffee. I suggest to ask your doc first before drinking
