I am quite tired all the time and low on energy. There could be a million things wrong I know but I want to at least make sure it's not something simple like poor blood circulation.
So is it best to take say 400 IU of Vit E with a small amount of Selenium and Zinc, with a meal for example?
Can you safely throw in a dose of Co-Q10 at the same time? TIA.
Vitamins that improve circulation are: vitamin C, E and of course all the B vitamins especially vitamin B3 in the form of niacin. Herbal supplements that improve circulation: Ginkgo, Garlic and Ginger are the best.
