Yes, fish oil is good for overall healthy brain function. It's not an instant remedy, but over time it seems to provide noticeable benefits in most people. Its seems our bodies are designed to be getting more of the Omega-3 fatty acids than what our modern western diet provides. Fish oil is also quite good for the cardiovascular system.
