Question When's the best time to take vitamins?

So many articles will state to take certain vitamins in the morning, certain ones should be taken with certain foods, but have not been able to find out which vitamins they are talking about - articles have been very general and not specific.

Can anyone help me with this? EG. can you take your calcium supplement with your multi-vitamin in the morning? etc.

I can't give you many specifics on what to take with what but for optimal absorbtion I believe that most multivitamin/mineral supplements are best taken at around 8-9 in the morning.

As far as individual vitamins and minerals, hopefully there's someone out there that can advise you on that.

I have read that taking calcium is best in the evening & supposedly you get the best results if you take it w/ Vitamin C. I believe that most vitamins should be taken w/ food in order to avoid stomach irritation.

I take calcium in the evening. Helps me to sleep and it's really helped my back pain over the past year.
