complex vitamin B with vit C will cause urine to turn yellowish?
after eating the 21 century high complex vit b with vit c pill, the next time i urine, the liquid turn out to be much more yelloish than before.. took it for the past few days, same result.. for eg, i took it in the morning.. till evening time, the urine i urine out would den be normal yellow colour.. will it course any problem in my body in the long run? i am kinda worry bout it rite now..
Yes, this is a sign that your eyes, finger nails and genitals will turn bright yellow in about a week or so. Just kidding! Its totally normal and harmless if the yellow p is the only problem. Its caused by one of the B vitamins, cant remember which one. Best,
