What vitamins are the best for clearing up and making skin look beautiful? And the same for hair?

Recently I've done a lot of research on hair vitamins because I want my hair to grow faster and healthier. I've been taking - Hair, Skin, and Nail Formula that I got from a vitamin store.(and I have notice a big difference in my nails going faster after only taking it for a couple of weeks) But the vitamin Biotin is supposed to be very good for you hair, and so is the vitamin B-6. I read somewhere that Zinc may also be good. Also the herb Horsetail is supposed to be good! Hope this helps!!

Isabella,

You mention Hair, Skin and Nail formula in your most recent post. I have tried this, as I also wanted to have healthier/stronger nails and hair. The desired effects didn't really take place. In fact, I think there may have been too high a concentration of certain vitamins in that pill, as I started to smell vitamins when I would use the restroom (this isn't intended to offend anyone). Have you experienced this? Sufficed to say, I stopped taking this particular vitamin pill.

I just wanted to share my experiences with it. Having shared my experiences, perhaps it might help others to make a more informed decision. Of course, everyone is different

Well I am seeing major results with this vitamin..my hair is looking a little healthier and my nails have been growing like crazy. I've only been on it a month...the bottle said take 2 a day..and when I did I could smell the vitamins too when using the restroom and sometimes I thought my breath smelled like the vitamins but I went to taking one a day and haven't had the problem again.
