Coenzyme Q10. (COQ10). Do some research on this as it is WONDERFUL!!! Also Grape Seed extract has great health benefits.

My bf uses NO2 (L-arginine) and apparently that helps increase blood flow *everywhere*....

My suggestion would be Cayenne. Such a simple and common thing as red pepper has health benefits beyond belief. Improved circulation is only one of them. Cayenne capsules are easy to find in vitamin/health food stores and are among the most popular herbal supplements. If you do some research on Cayenne, you will discover some amazing findings that most people are unaware of.

I use a similar product called "NOZ" which is basically L-arginine based. Really helps blood flow. I could tell because I was getting spontaneous erections throughout the day for no reason and also my hands and feet weren't cold to the touch like usual.
In short, Look into an L-Arginine based product.

Niacin, cayenne, and ginkgo are good for circulation.

Watch out with the Niacin. A dose that seems moderate can cause many ppl hot flashes or burning.

Explain what circulation are you talking about? Sexual circulation, vericose veins prevention and cure or overall circulation to the extremities.

Re: Herbs/vitamins to improve circulation
I believe this is an overall circulation. I noticed "sexual" benefits from arginine. It also prevented my hands and feet from being cold to the touch most of the day.
