I have a couple questions about the safety of a few things during pregnancy(I am 5wks along)...
I take suppliments regularily but have changed what I take daily since TTC. I've always taken 1000mg primrose oil daily- is this safe? I have stopped since I've found out I'm pregnant. Right now I'm just taking a multi, folic acid, calcium, and vit E.....I don't drink milk and only eat limited dairy products, so am curious to know what the recommend daily requirement for calcium is during pregnancy, and what type of calcium is best?? I'm not seeing my doctor until next week.
Also, does anyone know if decaf coffee/tea is ok? Or red raspberry tea leaves?? What about green tea?? I love a cup of tea at night but am unsure what I can safely have.
Any advice is appreciated.
