Cell-Tech question...

I have been taking HDT Micronzed Creatine w/Optimun Nutrition 100% Whey Protein for about a half a year now and I've gotten pretty impressive gains while taking it. I've lost 12 lbs of fat and gained nearly 10 lbs of muscle. Anyways I'm pretty defined muscle wise, but I want to bulk up for the winter so I can tone up in the summer. I've heard that Cell-Tech is great for bulking up and that it contains 75 grams of carbs which is great because I has a pretty intense work out routine. Has anyone tried Cell-Tech and is it worth buying if you want to bulk up?

Re: Cell-Tech question...

exactly, muscletech should be avoided.

the carbs are from sugar, too much sugar. just plain ole creatine with gatorade or powerade is simple, cheap and just as effective.

Well it's good to hear your guy's advise because I was goin' to buy it tomorrow. I guess I'll stick with the regular creatine that I've been taking. Like I said it gave me good results. I guess I just need to up my protein and calarie intake in order to become bulkier over the winter. Thanks for the replies!

I gained 15 pounds of muscle taking Cell Tech although it does have a lot of sugar, I also have optimum nutritions weigh Protein, I have a strawberry one it is so disgusting though I added strawberry syrup to it and it still is nasty. Cell Tech tastes good and works good but it can make your shoulders hurt when you stop taking it.
