Vitamin and supplement spacing/timing
I currenty take Vitamin B5(for acne), a multivitamin, and omega 3-6-9 capsules. Is it better to take all these at once, ex.in the morning. Or should these be spaced out throughout the day? if so, what would be the recommended spacing/timing for taking these 3 types of supplements? Would there be any differences(as in more beneficial) with taking a multivitamin or omega 3-6-9's in the morning or at night?
