But some people find that the B vits do give them extra energy and makes them not sleep if they take them at night. So they take them in the daytime.
I take my vits like the B's in the early day except certain other ones I have to space out 2 or 3 times during the day and before bed. I don't see any reason to take anything that gives energy when I want to go to sleep. I need energy in the daytime instead.
