B Vitamins

Is it best to take B vitamin supplements with breakfast, dinner, or when I take my protein drink before bed? Maybe it doesn't make a difference, but if anybody has an opinion on this I'd be interested.

Your choice.
But some people find that the B vits do give them extra energy and makes them not sleep if they take them at night. So they take them in the daytime.
I take my vits like the B's in the early day except certain other ones I have to space out 2 or 3 times during the day and before bed. I don't see any reason to take anything that gives energy when I want to go to sleep. I need energy in the daytime instead.

Wow, thanks. I've been taking them with dinner, and I've been having trouble with insomnia for the last few days. Maybe that's the reason. I never thought of them as giving energy. I'll try them in the morning and see if it fixes my insomnia.
