Actually, the entire B-complex helps combat the effects of stress. The B vitamins work best as a team, so it is best to take a high potency B-complex supplement. Since they help boost energy levels, some people may find that they may not sleep as well if they take them too close to bedtime. It makes much more sense to take them in the morning. After all, who needs an energy boost shortly before going to sleep?
