amino acids for stress
After reading the book The Diet Cure, I started taking two amino acids. Gaba (Gaba Calm) and L-glutamine. I've only been taking them 24 hours, but already my anxiety is greatly reduced. Anyone else have luck with these aminos? I also take 5htp from time to time when I feel depressed. That works well too, but not as well as the Gaba and L-glutamine. Anyone have another amino acid to recomend?
