That's EXCELLANT advice. I'd like to make a comment on the Vita "C" though. Don't take it at night unless you need to stay up late. My brother once got Poisen Ivy when he was in his early 20's and my aunt told him to take Vita C to make the rash settle down. It did help the rash but it also made him not sleep becasue he was still too energetic at bedtime..so he stopped taking Vita C in the afternoon or evening.
