Question Vitamins for Hubby

Can anyone suggest maybe a Multivitamin or something for my husband...he's looking to increase his energy so he doesn't fall asleep when he gets home and wouldn't mind loosing a few lbs. I already take a Mulit and a B100...should I get him a Multi for men? Thanks for any suggestions

Re: Vitamins for Hubby

Life Essence multi is an excellent multi. If you search them out and read the label you'll see that all nutrients and herbs listed give you the form used as well as the ratio/percent of extract contained. They are very well made, follow truth in label laws and formulated to give maximum abosorption. However, they are formulated to be taken 2 twice a day a) because any useful multi should be in divided dose & b) there's alot in them. The company that makes them is one of my favorites, mainly because of the quality. M
