For the past 6 months or so I've been very tired, no energy for anything. I was told to take some supplements. So I went to a healthfood store and they suggested I take prenatal vitamins as opposed to a regular multivitamin. Does that sound like a good idea?¿
Before I purchased the prenatal vitamins I was taking a vitamin with b12, b6, and folic acid. I was told you need the kind that dissolve under your tongue, or your body won't absorb them as well. I was given this vitamin in the form of a lozenge, will they absorb as well as those that dissolve under the tongue?
and one more question - Since the prenatals are in pill form, should I continue to take the lozenge so I can be sure to absorb the b vitamins?
