A friend gave me a 2 week supply of the "Your vitamins maximum complete for men". It is 3 caplets (In the powder form) they come in a foil package. So you take 3 a day. You can do a web search for Andrew Lessman and check out his site. But these are the first multi vitamins that come in the powder form (at least that I have seen). I hear they are expensive (something like $50 for a 60 day supply).Im pretty impressed with them so far- but I aint sure if I want to fork out $300 a year for these.
