For enhanced immune support, you can take extra beta-carotene, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, and vitamin C with bioflavonoids. Vitamin C is particularly important if you are susceptible to colds. Take vitamin C in divided doses over the course of the day. Your body uses is quickly, and it should be replenished every few hours. Garlic also helps fight off colds and viruses. They don't call it "Russian Penicillin" for nothing.
