| Anybody tried Pro Performance® Weight Gainer 1850 ?
Hi I am glad to report that some of my stomach problems are starting to go away thanks to nature. I've just been taking a multivitamain for the last couple months and my weight seems to be recovering very slowly. As of now I am interested in keeping on a couple more pounds as I work out a the weight room about twice a week. I am wondering if Pro Performance® Weight Gainer 1850 is really good for gaining or sustaining weight? I do eat well balanced meals and I do eat vegies and fruits and sometimes donuts to pack on calories. I mentioned to the GNC guy the other day that I tried whey protien poweder and I just kept dropping pounds and he informed me that the poweder I was taking was a low carb low fat low carlories power shake and that is why I kept losing weight as I worked out. And of course I was still eating a lot of balanced meals soooo I was confused indeed. I am a skinny dude of 119/120 pounds and 5/10". I'd like to stay thin but NOT loose weight when I lift weights and I'd like for my muscles to get a bit larger and more shapely and defined.
Well I hope you guys can help and offer any extra info too.
