| | How many vitamins to take--20 + per day?
I've heard some people take huge quantities of vitamins/supplements every day, like 20 or more different pills a day. Example: a multi, C, E, cal-mag-zinc, selenium, K, fish oil, flax oil, echnechia, B complex, calcium, garlic, milk thistle, saw palmetto, ginsing, CoQ10, chromium picolonate, alpha lin acid, lutein, etc.
If someone eats a healthy diet, is this necessary, or a waste of time and money? Don't most people simply take a good multi-vitimin?
