Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. For the last few years, I have been having leg pain. Sometimes it occurs in the arms as well. The pain is inside the bone and it causes an "aching" feeling. If I don't take advil soon, the pain will get a little severe and I won't be able to sleep. I was wondering if this might be caused by a deficiency of calcium, perhaps? I've been thinking about my diet habits and I realize that I'm not getting enough vitamins and minerals. I thought it would be a good idea to start taking a multi-vitamin. The thing is that I don't know whether I should start with a Women's multi-vitamin or a Teen one. I see the commercials with women starting to take vitamins at 35 or so. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be the best for me?
