Given that Vit E is a fat soluble vitamin (as opposed to water soluble), you body will retain any excess, therefore, you should not need to take it every day. Once every 2-4 days should be more than enough in most cases. Excess B group vitamins are not retained by the body as they are water soluble, hence the fluro pee! Fat soluble vitamins are different, they can be stored by the body for future use.
I take 400 IU's of Vitamin E every day. It is great for energy, the heart, etc. You can buy 500 capsules at Costco for around $15! You could also benefit from taking CQ10! Costco has that cheap as well.
